Non-woven fabric (polyethene) and pe (polypropylene) difference

1, Breathability and water permeability are different.

2, ageing resistance is different
Polypropylene has tertiary methyl carbon in the long chain, which is unstable. Strictly prevent long-term contact with copper to avoid "copper damage", so the ageing resistance is not as good as polyethene.
3, Different chemical stability
In addition to fuming nitric acid and fuming sulfuric acid, polypropylene has good chemical resistance; laboratory 80% of sulfuric acid and concentrated hydrochloric acid can reach 100 degrees Celsius without damaging polypropylene.
4, Heat resistance is different.
Polypropylene plastic products can be used for a long time at 100-120 degrees Celsius, but low-temperature impact strength drops sharply; 0 degrees Celsius impact strength is half of the impact strength of 20 degrees Celsius.
5, Different directional stretching
Polypropylene high tensile strength, good resistance to bending, increased flexibility, bending 1 million times, the bending part does not change white. Its rigidity and tensile strength are also better than polyethene.

Foam tape

Foam tape is made of EVA or P E foam as the substrate and coated with solvent-based (or hot-melt) pressure-sensitive adhesive on one or both sides and compounded with release paper. It has the function of sealing and shock absorption. It has excellent sealing, compression deformation resistance, flame retardancy, and wettability. Use method

1, Clear the dust and oil stains on the adhering object's surface before pasting and keep it dry (do not paste in the case of the wet wall on rainy days). If used to paste the mirror, it is recommended to clean the adhesive surface with alcohol first.
2, The working temperature should not be lower than 10℃ when pasting. Otherwise, the adhesive tape and the pasting surface can be heated appropriately by a hairdryer.
3, The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape will play the best effect after 24 hours (the video should be pressed as tightly as possible when pasting), so when pasting vertical load-bearing objects such as mirrors, the tape should be placed flat for 24 hours when both sides adhere. If there is no such condition, it is necessary to support the load-bearing object 24 hours of vertical adhesion.
